Refund policy

1776 Print Co. products are printed on demand. Because each item is made after an order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at dallasrose@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has started. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately after ordering and we will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
